BUILT ON 30 YEARS OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH EXPERTISE

ProsperityEHR was born from a straightforward question asked 30 years ago: how do we help behavioral health providers move beyond paper documentation? That question led to the creation of two pioneering platforms, TheraManager and DocuTrac, each serving thousands of mental health practices and deepening our understanding of what providers truly need.

In 2017, these platforms merged, combining three decades of specialized knowledge to help psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers work more efficiently. The result was a system that didn't just handle documentation. It enabled practices to track outcomes, optimize reimbursement, and reinvest in growth and patient access.

By 2022, we recognized the behavioral health landscape was shifting rapidly. We spent significant time with our clients, understanding how telehealth, evolving regulations, and interoperability demands were reshaping their work. We needed to build a modern foundation that could scale with these changes while preserving everything our clients valued about our platform.

In late 2023, we began that rebuild. In December 2024, we rebranded as ProsperityEHR, a name that reflects our commitment to helping practices of all types thrive and our core mission to improve access to behavioral health care for everyone.
